Order Process

Please state the following for your order:

1. Email us at contact@musicflowers.ws or call: (65) 9837 6884 or (65) 9070 6483

2. State the Type of flowers, the quantity and the number of toys in 1 bouquet that you’re interested.

3. Please state your contact number and the delivery address.

4. Select the method of delivery either by Speed Post or Self Collection. Delivery is free for orders of 10 bouquets or more.

* Please note that this is only applicable to orders of 10 bouquets and below

For bouquet of 9 stalks of flowers:
Parcels < 3kg =" SGD$9.15" 4kg =" SGD$10.70" 5kg =" SGD$12.20">(Note: Rates are subjected to changes with different orders and customisations)

- Self Collection Points:
Self collection is only available at Dover MRT station, Clementi MRT station, Yew Tee MRT station and Choa Chu Kang MRT station. No fee charged.

5. For overseas customers, please contact us for postage details and enquiries.

6. Be sure to check your emails for our confirmation letters regarding your orders before making payments. (Please make sure you add contact@musicflowers.ws in your mailing list.)

7. Please refer to the 'Payments Section' for your method of payment.

8. Drop us an email at contact@musicflowers.ws once you have made your payment.

9. We will send out your orders within 2 working days after payments received.

10. Products will arrive within 3 working days subject to availability.
